Dear Beaver Families,
As a parent/caregiver of a current Beaver student, your opinions and ideas are important to us. We are seeking your feedback on Beaver's sports and fitness programming and communications. Your responses will help to guide us.
This year, Beaver formed an Athletic Task Force to explore the high-level purpose of athletics and fitness at Beaver—alignment of our programs with our overall philosophy and mission for the school and the vision for the years ahead. Can you please take a few minutes to share your thoughts with us about Beaver’s athletic program in the survey linked below?
We are working with an external partner, CashmanKatz, to administer this survey and to keep responses confidential. There is a question at the end of the survey asking if you would be willing to speak with the research team about your views and experiences.
In appreciation of your time, you will also be asked if you'd like to enter a drawing for a $100 Visa gift card.
If you answer yes to either of these questions (the gift card entry or the follow up conversation question), we’ll ask for your name and email address, so the research team (not someone from Beaver) can contact you.
Your responses will not be linked to your name or email address.
