Mr. Kyle Smalls

Assistant Principal

Mr. Kyle Smalls joins our team from the Cooper River Center for Advanced Studies in CCSD. Prior to that he served as the Assistant Principal at Carolina Park Elementary School, also in CCSD. He has been an educator/ administrator for 13 years.

From Mr. Smalls:

I’m excited to support all of our students, families and staff members so that they are set up for success! I’m also excited about adding my personality to the amazing school culture at Stiles Point!

Ms. Charelle Rose

School Nurse

Nurse Charelle Rose joins our team from Travel Nursing in Pediatric Oncology/Hematology. She is new to school nursing, but has 6 years of experience as a nurse. She has mostly been in Oncology with adults and Pediatrics, and has also worked with Medical Surgical, Pediatric Trauma and Bone Marrow Transplant. Nurse Rose looks forward to being more involved in the community and helping further develop health and wellness at Stiles Point!

Mrs. Laura Mahon

5th Grade Teacher

Mrs. Laura Mohan joins our team from Mt. Zion Elementary here in CCSD. She has been teaching for 13 years, and is excited about teaching at the neighborhood school that her own children will be attending in a couple of years!

Mrs. Erin Tarpley

5th Grade Teacher

Mrs. Erin Tarpley joins our team from North Charleston Creative Arts Elementary School in CCSD. She has been teaching for 15 years, and is excited about challenging herself professionally and personally!

Mrs. Jennifer Smith

2nd Grade Teacher

Mrs. Jennifer Smith joins our team from Westwood Elementary School in Abbeville, SC. She has been teaching for 26 years and is looking forward to teaching students new skills in fun and engaging ways.

Mrs. Donna Murphy

Kindergarten Teacher

Mrs. Donna Murphy joins our team from the O'Quinn School of Porter-Gaud. She has been teaching for 20 years, and is looking forward to having exciting adventures in learning with the community at Stiles Point!

Kindergarten Teacher

Mrs. Sara Banks Tapp joins our team from Mitchell Elementary School in CCSD. She has been a teacher for 3 years, and is excited about joining our strong Kindergarten team and getting to know our Stiles Point families!

Ms. Danisha Doctor

Instructional Assistant- Kindergarten

Ms. Danisha Doctor joins our team from West Ashley Head Start in CCSD. She has been an instructional assistant for 8 years, and is looking forward to working with our great students in Kindergarten!
