L'DOR VA-DOR PROGRAMMING

Tuesday, JULY 26 @ 7:00 pm ET
We are very fortunate to have Andy Susman with us once again this week!

TOUCH OF TORAH
with a Touch of Music!

with
this week's guest
ANDREW DAVID SUSMAN
Educator & Cantorial Spiritual Leader

Tuesday, JULY 26 @ 7:00 pm ET
A Weekly Virtual Zoom Program
Parashot Numbers:
Mattot (Tribes)     &   Massei (Journeys)
                         Numbers 30:2 – 32:42      Numbers 33:1 – 36:13

Please join us for this intesting and interactive discussion. We are very fortunate to have Andy Susman leading our Torah Study this week, providing some keen insight, various points of view, AND MUSIC, as well!

This week offers us a double-portion, the 42nd and 43rd sidrot in the Book of Numbers. Mattot describes the Israelite’s war against the Midianites. Massei outlines the forty-two stops along the way on our wilderness journey.

Looking forward to your joining us as we gain insight and inspiration from engaging with words of Torah. This week Andy Susman will be taking the lead in both the discussion and the addition of his ‘trademark’ musical interpretation i.e., a “Touch of Music”!

ALL are welcome to participate and partake in an evening of learning and educating ourselves on the relevance of Torah from back-in-the-day, to today and into tomorrow.

Andy has taken the time to provide us with some links if you care to study up a bissel before hand!

  • This video offers an animated yet traditional bird's eye view of Matot: Please click here to view.

  • This next video is a bit more 'Up - Tempo' than the first (aka CAUTION: This is a rap riff). Quite clever and well worth the look & listen! Think you'll agree the creators capture the parasha PERFECTLY: Please click here to view.

  • This next video takes the energy down with a calm, comforting and inspiring look at the Levites within the fabric of the new land of Israel: Please click here to view.

ALL are welcomed to partake and participate in this wonderful evening, dedicated to learning and educating ourselves about the Torah and more!
