Results of January 2020 Coaches Survey
The year began by sending a 30-question survey to 600+ USMS self-identified coaches in Pacific Masters Swimming. It was a duplicate survey to what Peter Guadagni sent in 2012, with the addition of two new questions, "what is your age, and what ethnicity do you identify with?" A month later, 124 (21%) coaches responded.
47% of the 124 coaches had 16+ years of coaching experience, 15% 6-10 years, and 20% 2-5 years.
