Red Cards for Ag Employees

As immigration enforcement remains a concern for the agricultural community, it is essential to be a resource for your workforce, ensuring they are aware of their rights.

To assist with this, the Immigrant Legal Resource Center (ILRC) has created a 3.5” x 2” Red Card that employers can provide to their employees.

These cards are designed to inform all individuals in the United States—regardless of immigration status—of their constitutional rights and protections. ILRC’s Red Cards empower individuals to assert their rights in various situations, including encounters with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents at their homes, in public, or in their line of work.

Providing these resources can help support your workforce while fostering a more informed and secure community.
