Dear 7th to 12th grade Parents,
Dr. Danielle Graham, LNC's Mental Health Specialist, is holding a webinar on Tuesday, March 8 at 6:00 pm for parents of 7th to 12 graders. The session is focused on addressing aspects of depressed mood, including sadness, loneliness, grief, and suicidal thoughts. Dr. Graham will share strategies to support your students through difficult emotions, as well as help them make beneficial changes in thoughts and behaviors. There will be time for questions and answers.
