We invite graduate students & undergraduate seniors enrolled in California-based programs that touch affordable housing/community development to explore this terrific opportunity to join our Research team for the summer as an Equity Policy Research Fellow!


The Partnership will provide the fellows with individualized training, hands-on skill building, and mentoring and networking with partners across California's affordable housing policy ecosystem.

The Equity Policy Research Fellows will support the Partnership’s affordable housing preservation and policy efforts through research and evidence collection on emerging topics with quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
