RGA Notes
When filing RGAs for damaged items, please be sure to include photos of the item and the packaging. Photos of the packaging are required even if there was no visible damage upon delivery. When uploading a photo file, if you get and error, please try attaching as a zip file (see below for instructions on how to create a zip file). All packages should be opened and inspected within 24 hours of receipt. Concealed damages will be considered for credit for up to 24 hours. Should you find a package with hidden damages within this timeline, please contact the appropriate team to place a re-order.
If you suspect that an item is damaged or that a portion of a shipment is damaged, you don't have to refuse the shipment. You can sign for a shipment as "damaged" to prevent having to re-order when it is not necessary. This will help save you time if some of the items are undamaged and usable.
