Developing a familiarity and understanding of Key Express can save you time and frustration when Keystone is unavailable to assist or experiencing high call volumes. No one wants to sit on hold waiting for help when they could easily do something on their own. Learn how to easily navigate Key Express functions in the upcoming parts webinar.

RGA Notes


When filing RGAs for damaged items, please be sure to include photos of the item and the packaging. Photos of the packaging are required even if there was no visible damage upon delivery. When uploading a photo file, if you get and error, please try attaching as a zip file (see below for instructions on how to create a zip file). All packages should be opened and inspected within 24 hours of receipt. Concealed damages will be considered for credit for up to 24 hours. Should you find a package with hidden damages within this timeline, please contact the appropriate team to place a re-order.


If you suspect that an item is damaged or that a portion of a shipment is damaged, you don't have to refuse the shipment. You can sign for a shipment as "damaged" to prevent having to re-order when it is not necessary. This will help save you time if some of the items are undamaged and usable.

Pre-authorizations & Claims "Check Issues"


When verifying a pre-authorization or claims remember to utilize the "Check Issues" button for important information on requirements needed for approval. Photos, model serial numbers needed, part returns or sample of part return, etc. If you have questions, please feel free to EMAIL our warranty team.


How To See Your Dealer Pricing


Have you located the part you need? Now you need your dealerships pricing to accurately quote your customer? If you do not see the price on the parts list page in our catalog simply click the button at the top of the parts list named "Show Prices". We designed our site so your dealership can hide pricing and you may still show the customer the image to correctly identify their part.

We encourage you to utilize our flat rate manual as approximately 80% of our operation codes do not require a pre-auth. The following is located in our manual section under customer service manuals. In the column labeled "pre-auth required" if it is not marked with an "X" it is not required. These job operations can be performed and filed on a claim.
