Hello!
We are excited to announce that SCORE’s new website launched successfully on 12/22/22! We can’t thank you enough for your assistance during User Acceptance Testing (UAT). We received such valuable feedback and will continue working through our backlog of BugHerd tickets into the new year and beyond. Since UAT wrapped up on 12/18, you will no longer be able to submit feedback via the BugHerd extension. That doesn’t mean that you can no longer provide feedback! Send any additional feedback to [email protected]. (See instructions at the bottom of this message on how to remove the BugHerd extension from your web browser.)
Webmasters Now Have Access to Drupal 9
Webmasters have officially been granted access to edit their websites. Email notifications were automatically sent last night with instructions on how to set up an account or log in to an existing account. You should be able to use these login credentials for both the live environment and the test environment. If, for any reason, your login credentials aren’t working, use the “Forgot Password” option to reset your password. If you continue to run into issues, reach out to [email protected].
Webmaster Log In – Live Environment >>
Webmaster Log in – Test Environment >>
You may be prompted to enter “shield” credentials before arriving at the log in page. The credentials to use, if prompted, are:
Username: score
Password: d9.tensor.gust
A Webmaster Guide can be found in the Help Center to aid in navigating the backend of the new SCORE website (Drupal 9). You can review this guide here: SCORE Webmaster Guide. This is a working document that will continue to be updated over the next few weeks to ensure it is accurate.
While all webmasters can make edits on their websites, chapters can continue to work with Ecropolis for free through 1/13/2023.
You can request Ecropolis support in two ways:
-
You can register for an account at help.ecropolis.com/wp-login.php?action=register if you want to be able to log in and view a dashboard of your tickets. Then, you can submit a ticket at help.ecropolis.com/ecropolis-support.
-
You can email [email protected], which will automatically create a ticket. This will not give you the ability to view a dashboard of your tickets.
Post-Launch Development
Phase2, Ecropolis and the marketing team are closely monitoring the new website’s performance and working behind the scenes on development tickets that were planned for post-launch. The focus of this development work is to resolve any critical bugs that remain and/or were discovered post-launch. These updates will appear on the live site no later than 1/3/2023. We are prioritizing issues related to mentoring, workshops or volunteer applications. Other issues and enhancements will be addressed starting in January.
