Client Profile Feature Update
We are actively testing a new client profile feature on SCORE.org that will allow clients to log in and create a profile. This lays the foundation for future enhancements, such as personalized website experiences tailored to the client's business stage and preferences. It will also allow us to recommend workshops and mentors based on their preferences. These improvements will significantly boost services and engagement.
This new website feature is designed to streamline the user experience by collecting more information from clients, syncing it with their contact records in Engage and simplifying processes such as mentoring requests, workshop registration and volunteer applications. Creating a profile is optional and it will not be required to access our services. Once a profile is created, clients can seamlessly request services without the need to re-enter contact information.
This new feature will be released after our testing is complete. Please email campaigns@score.org with questions.
Homepage Updates
You may have noticed recent enhancements to the SCORE.org homepage at the beginning of January. At headquarters, we use an editorial calendar to plan monthly marketing themes and campaigns that align with SCORE's goals. This strategic alignment extends to our homepage, which undergoes monthly updates to mirror these themes with updated images, refined messaging and fresh success stories.
Let us showcase your success stories in our marketing. Please submit these success stories through our submission form.
Website Centralization Program
The Website Centralization Program was developed to alleviate the administrative burden of maintaining chapter websites by receiving webmaster support from the headquarters staff and our chosen web vendor, Ecropolis. It's also meant to optimize your chapter website for search engines (SEO), improve website visitor conversion to services and ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
This year, we’re providing this webmaster support to 154 chapters. To learn more about this program and to see the list of participating chapters, visit the Support Center.
