Packet Pickup
Please go to packet pickup versus wait until race day.
Others can pick up your packet for you.

If you are picking up for more than 8 people you must send an email to and we will let you know when your packets are done.

Packet Pickup

  • Monday, November 22 from 10-7PM at Fleet Feet @ The Armory: 155 Culver Rd, Rochester, NY 14620
  • Tuesday, November 23 from 10-7PM at Fleet Feet @ The Armory: 155 Culver Rd, Rochester, NY 14620
  • Wednesday, November 24 from 10-6PM at Fleet Feet @ The Armory: 155 Culver Rd, Rochester, NY 14620 - please note it closes at 6PM on Wednesday.

Day of Packet Pickup - Please do not wait until race day to alleviate lines.

  • 8:30AM to 9:45AM at Parkview Lodge at the corner of Holt and Lake. You will go around the building to the back windows. Again, please do not wait until race day to do this.

Please have patience when at packet pickup
so we can ensure getting the proper items to you.

VIRTUAL race packets have been mailed to ALL virtual participants to the address noted in their registration. Each virtual registrant was emailed the shipping/tracking info to the email that was used to register.

Please note: You must have a bib to participate. It is bad form and considered banditing if you do not have a bib. Just don't do it. It puts the entire event, its insurances, permits and other athletes at risk. Just don't do it.

Switching Events: This is highly discouraged, but if we are able and we can not guarantee it is doable, you will need to do it at packet pickup at the Armory. This can not be done on race day.

The Buses & Parking
The Busses are a Complimentary Service Courtesy of Fleet Feet
If you plan on taking the bus please read these as some of it is new from past years

Parking: If you do plan on parking at park - get there by 8:30AM before roads start closing.
  • There is NO PARKING at Parkview Lodge Lot - busses must be able to come in and out of here
  • There is parking at the following lots below until the roads close or lots are full. We encourage you to take advantage of these lots. You can come and tailgate pre trot.
  • The lot by Holt Lodge (across from PArkview Lodge)
  • The Pier Lot on Lake (caution walking to park from these locales)
  • The White House Lot on Lake (caution walking to park from these locales)
  • The 2 Kanatota Lots on Lake (caution walking to park from these locales)
  • There is a map of the parking areas on the website here - the areas Marked with a P for Parking is where you can park if by 8:30AM or until lots are full

Shuttle Bus Information
Few new things related to the buses this year.
  • We are still in a pandemic - you MUST wear a mask on the bus
  • No strollers on the bus
  • Be nice to every bus driver as they are working swiftly to get you to and from the park. Patience is key. It's Thanksgiving, be thankful we all can play at the park
  • Bus pickup is from Willink Middle School (900 Publishers Pkwy, Webster, NY 14580) AND Thomas HS (800 Five Mile Line Rd, Webster, NY 14580) ONLY - Please carpool to those lots
  • The buses will start rolling out at 8AM to bring you to the race site. It is your responsibility to arrive early to get on the bus. The final bus will leave both these locales at 9:45AM, although this is a very tight timeline to get to the start on time. So in a nutshell, get to the busses as early as possible. Do NOT WAIT to get on a bus.
  • After the race, the buses will start rolling out of the Holt Road/Parkview Lodge Parking area once the race ends so we encourage you to head straight to the busses post race. This is the same spot you got dropped off. Please remain calm, have patience and listen to the bus drivers. Be sure to get into an orderly line to load the busses and listen to instructions. Smile, have fun, share trot stories while on line.
  • Be nice to the bus drivers, they are doing everything in their power to get you to where you need to go quickly.
  • Masks are a MUST on the bus.
  • Be neat and don't leave litter on the bus
  • Enjoy the ride to and from the park!!

Key Factors to a Successful Trot
  1. Go to Packet Pickup either Monday - Wednesday. Again others can get your packet for you
  2. Thank the volunteers on race day
  3. Smile, Have Fun - if it's chilly or weathery show up and toe the line anyway - it's Thanksgiving and we are racing in person will almost 3000 of your closest friends
  5. Wear Your Bib Securely & Visibly on the FRONT of your BODY on race day
  6. There are pins in your packet pickup bag, just be sure to gently remove the items in your bag to ensure you see the pins. There is also a Limited Edition 50th Webster Turkey Trot Decal in the bag too
  7. No Bib No Race No Time No Medal No Food - So wear that bib and be sure to show it in the finish line in order to get your medal/food/water. A volunteer will hand you your finishers bag
  8. CHARITY SLOT PARTICIPANTS - you have a different bib. Your post race food/medal bag will be on the far right of the finish line. So when you get done, head to the right side of the chute. Show your Charity Bib. Your bag will be there and given to you by a volunteer.
  9. Bring a Hope House Donation to Packet Pickup and Enjoy Early Bird Black Friday Specials
  10. Don't forget there is Drop Bag Service courtesy of Fleet Feet. Read website for details.
