Business Rental Assistance
Are you a small retail business in Montgomery County?
- If your business lost revenue during the pandemic, you may be able to apply for a grant of up to $10,000.
The deadline to apply is September 30th!
Your business could be eligible to get help from this program if it:
- Is physically located in the County,
- Received $500,000 or less in annual revenue prior to the COVID-19 health crisis,
- Is classified as a retail or service-related business, but is not a restaurant or food service business, medical practice, professional services business, religious organization or licensed childcare program,
- Has a commercial lease in the County,
- Had a revenue loss due to the health crisis, and
- Did not received SBRA funding in previously.

2022 Wheaton Arts Parade and Festival
is on Sunday, September 25, from 10 am to 5 pm
Be part of the Arts Parade. Anyone can walk in the parade - artists, friends, neighbors, and community groups to "Parade the Triangle" through Wheaton's town center to the Marian Fryer Town Plaza on Reedie Drive. Visit website
It's free! Everyone can be an artist. Make some art and join the parade. Just push, pull, carry, wear or perform your art!
Be part of the Arts Festival. More than 50 artists & arts organizations will be exhibiting and selling their original art. An afternoon of continuous performances by MoCo's top talent, including Strathmore artists, local dance companies, choral groups, musicians, and showcases by area high schools. Children's art activities, including street chalk art & balloon art.
