For consideration of tuition assistance for children enrolled in grades K-8 (K-11 at St. John Paul II Classical School), please complete and submit your GRACE Financial Aid application before May 1st.

Complete online enrollment at https://mytads.com / if you have not already done so

Complete the online financial aid application and provide the supporting documentations to TADS as directed- also via https://mytads.com /

Applications that are complete and submitted prior to May 1st will undergo review in May with award determinations made and communicated to families the first week of June

Families who have applied to the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program do not apply for GRACE Financial Aid

To receive the Active Parishioner Incentive for children enrolled in grades K-8, please complete with your GRACE parish the parish verification form and submit before June 1st.

Complete online enrollment at https://mytads.com/ if you have not already done so

Print out the parish verification form (provided to you within the online enrollment process and is also available on this web page)

Call your GRACE parish to arrange a meeting with them and bring the parish verification form with you

Upon documentation of verification by your GRACE parish on the parish verification form, submit the form to the Riverside Office before June 1st

EXTRA ORDER FORMS AVAILABLE IN THE OFFICE

Support Comet Crusade fundraising by purchasing NUT Passes for your Holy Family students. Each sheet costs $25 and comes with six NUT Passes. Two sheets per child, per family, please. Return the order form to school with payment by Friday, March 31. NUT Passes will be sent home the week of Monday, April 3.

HF LENTEN SERVICE PROJECT

COLLECTION ENDS FRIDAY

Holy Family's school-wide Lenten service project concludes on Friday. If you haven't had a chance to participate, we welcome you to send in birthday cake plates/napkins, cans of white frosting, 9x13" aluminum cake pans, full-size cans of Sprite or 7-Up, birthday candles, or yellow cake mix. Birthday cake kits are being assembled for distribution to the patrons of Paul's Pantry. Click here for more information.

Tuition tax credit information is available to GRACE families online via GRACE’s enrollment management system, TADS. The TADS Household Paid Tuition Tax Report will provide a breakdown of payments made for the specified household’s tuition account during the tax year.

This year, a quick link also appears at the Billing Accounts – Tuition & Fees screen to access the Household Paid Tuition Tax Report.
