Principal's Message
Guardian Angels celebrates Teacher Appreciation Week throughout this week! We are exceptionally blessed with a dedicated, professional, caring, and nurturing staff. Not only are our staff members outstanding educators, but are also committed to teaching in a place where they can help students grow spiritually, and celebrate their personal faith. PTA is sponsoring many surprises and events for them throughout the week such as gift card raffles, lunch, breakfast, and mailbox treats! Please join me in recognizing and celebrating the wonderful staff at Guardian Angels.
Last weekend, several 7 th and 8 th grade band students performed at the Ohio Music Education Association’s Solo & Ensemble Adjudicated Event and performed exceptionally well. At this event, students perform a musical piece in front of a judge and are rated:
1 Superior
2 Excellent
3 Acceptable
4 Poor
5 Very Poor

All Guardian Angels Students scored as either Superior or Excellent again this year! Please join me in congratulating Marceau Bonfils, Christian Burt, Molly Fesenmeier, Nick Gerrard, Kelsea Haas, Reagan Lisch, Regan Montanus, Reeve Moschondreas, Tessa Nappi, Theresa Nguyen, Evan Sharp, and Wyatt Spears!

Finally, we begin Holy Week this weekend with Palm Sunday. May God bless you and your family as we prepare ourselves for the Passion and Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.

God Bless,

New PC Gym Floor To Be Installed This Summer
Fr. King and Parish Pastoral Council are pleased to announce that a new gym floor will be installed in the PC gymnasium this summer!

The original floor was showing signs of disrepair and was brought to the school’s attention by many parents, faculty, students and school guests. A committee was formed through the Athletic Boosters in the Fall of 2018 to assess the situation and develop potential solutions. Knowing that our Parish Center floor is used for many athletic and non-athletic events, the committee found a solution that provides a world class platform for the multi-purpose use of this facility.

The committee met with the administration, maintenance staff of the parish and school and a number of organizations, including PTA, Music Boosters, Angel Follies, and EdFaith, which also includes representatives from Youth Ministry, School Council, and the Religious Education Department. The EdFaith Council’s unanimous recommendation of the project allowed the committee to present to Fr. King and Parish Pastoral Council. After careful consideration, the Parish Pastoral Council and Father King endorsed and approved the project.

This project is made possible by the passionate support of a handful of private donors who were passionate about funding this specific project. None of the funding comes from the school or parish budgets.

We are excited about enhancing a major facility of our parish and look forward to its debut in the Fall of 2019!
