Open House
is scheduled for
January 27
! We encourage all current and prospective families to attend this showcase event! Please encourage any family member, friend, co-worker, etc. who may be interested in Guardian Angels School to also attend. The Open House will kick off Catholic Schools Week, which is our devoted time to celebrate our wonderful school and faith through many exciting events!
Open House will also serve as our start date for accepting new registrations to Guardian Angels School for preschool through 8th grade. We anticipate an exceptionally strong response for all programs, especially in preschool. Anticipating this,
we are opening re-enrollment and registration of new students with siblings currently enrolled at GA this week, beginning on Friday
. You will receive an email from Bob Buck, Technology Coordinator, to assist in this process.
In order for registration to be complete, all families must go through a two-step re-enrollment process.
- First, you will complete an electronic form through Administrator’s Plus Online Forms that can be accessed from the email you receive on Friday from Mr. Buck. This step must be completed for each child you are enrolling.
- Second, you must also make a payment which includes registration and technology fees. The payment for these combined fees will be collected through the WeShare payment site.
The email you receive on Friday from Bob Buck will have further instructions and links to the Administrator’s Plus Online Forms and the WeShare payment site. Both re-enrollment steps must be completed for full registration into next school year.
The preschool registration process is separate from the kindergarten through eighth grade registration process. If you are re-enrolling children in preschool AND kindergarten through eighth grade, you will need to fill out online re-enrollment forms for all of your returning students using Administrator’s Plus Online Forms AND then make two payments at the WeShare payment site: one to cover the registration fee for your re-enrolling student(s) in preschool and one payment for the registration and technology fees for your re-enrolling student(s) in K-8. Also, if you are a current family registering a new student in any grade level, a new student registration packet can be found through the school website or in the school office.
I strongly encourage all families to have new registrations complete before we open registration to new families on January 27.
God Bless,
Corey

All families who plan to apply for financial assistance from Guardian Angels must first apply for assistance from this source.
