- If there are special circumstances that are lengthy in communication, we will use our all-school email to notify parents of specific instructions and procedures.
- If we are operating on a two-hour delay, school will officially begin at 10:00am, with carline starting at 9:30am. Please do not bring your child to school before 9:30am, as a two-hour delay could change to a school closing.
- Perhaps the most difficult situation is when the inclement weather does not begin until school has already started. We strongly consider the forecast ahead of time, hopefully avoiding the possibility of having to make this change throughout the school day. Our unique position of relying on five different school districts for busing adds to this difficult decision. If we are in school and a public district has made the decision to close early, all students of that district will be sent home when the buses arrive to Guardian Angels, unless we are notified differently from you. We will communicate all changes to you through our emergency notification system and/or email.
God bless,
Corey

Re-enrollment for the 2024-2025 School Year
Our currently enrolled families have priority in re-enrolling their current children and registering new students at Guardian Angels. All current students were automatically re-enrolled for the 24-25 school year on Friday, November 17th. To guarantee placement in the upcoming grade level, families will just have to pay the registration fee through this link.
Next school year, we will have one fee per family instead of breaking fees into separate categories and having different amounts based on the number of students in a family. All families in KDG-8 will now have a single $250 registration fee and preschool families will have a $200 registration fee. The technology fee and FACTS fee will now be rolled into the one registration fee.
Current families will have through December 8th to re-enroll their current students. Beginning December 11th, we will begin accepting new student registrations from other active parishioner families. On January 8th, registration will open for all prospective students. Please know that many of our grade levels are already at capacity for next year!

Great news for anyone who pays Ohio income tax and supports Guardian Angels
We have many students at Guardian Angels who benefit from scholarships provided by the Catholic Education Foundation (CEF). Ohio taxpayers who donate to the CEF may be able to claim a dollar-for-dollar, non-refundable tax credit on their state income tax return, up to $750 per donor. For more information, click here.
We hope you consider a donation before the end of the year and choose "Guardian Angels School (Cincinnati)(C00160)" from the drop-down when prompted.
Parishioner and tax expert, Brien Dulle, is donating. Here's what he had to say. "Supporting the CEF is a no-brainer for me for two reasons. As a graduate of GA that is also sending my daughters to the school, I want to invest in the education that our children receive. Secondly, there's no extra money out of pocket since I can claim a dollar-for-dollar Ohio tax credit."

Kroger Community Rewards offers a great way for you to support our school's technology fund and you don't have to spend a penny. You can search for GA or use our NPO number, 80200.
