Limited Office Hours This Week

The staff of Saint Thomas will be taking some time off after Christmas so the parish office will be closed most of the week December 25-29.

No 5pm Service on December 31

On Sunday, December 31st, we will have normal morning services at 8:15am and 10:30am. There will not be a 5pm service. Enjoy your New Year's festivities and be safe!

Potluck Brunch on January 7th

Bring your favorite brunch dish to the parish hall at 9:15am on January 7th and help celebrate the first Sunday with the Rev. Susan Oakes on staff at St. Thomas. Help us give Susan and her husband Steve a warm welcome!

Introducing Small Groups for Spring 2024

A new round of small groups is forming for this spring. Each group (click here for the list) will be led by a parishioner and will meet 3-4 times February through May. Sign up in the narthex or email the office. Please remember that consistent attendance helps facilitate the development of relationships within the group.

Singing In Community - Leadership Workshop

Paperless singing is an ancient practice that has enabled music to be passed down for generations without the need for hymnals or bulletins. In this workshop, we will learn practices to lead paperless singing in community and songs that work well in small congregations and/or in settings like house eucharists, feeding ministries and retreats. The workshop will be led by Charles Murphy, a singer/songwriter raised in Alabama, currently living in Chicago, and a trained leader with Music that Makes Community. The workshop will be held February 3-4, 2024 and will cost $25. Go here to learn more and register.

Mid-Week Offering from Deacon Lou

Each week, Deacon Lou prepares a mid-week offering with readings and reflections. The document is shared through the weekly email, a closed Facebook group (called St. Thomas Mid-week prayer) and an email distribution list.
