Everyone loves a good story... especially when it relates to who we are, where we live, and how we might be better together. This Sunday, local sportswriter Steve Wulf will tell us such a story, one that is solidly rooted in this place we call home. For the fall premiere of the SEEKERS Series, Steve will talk about a little-known sports hero who made an impact in our neighborhood both on and off the field. We hope you will come join us... and that you will bring friends... as this presentation is sure to be fun, instructive, and inspiring.
And don't worry about lunch. We have you covered with a free continental brunch featuring coffee, juice, bagels and other breakfast items. So, come for worship (hopefully) or just join us in Russell Hall around 11 am to meet and mingle. The presentation will begin at 11:30 am, and plenty of time will be reserved for questions at the end.
The goal of SEEKERS is to provide opportunities for us to EXPLORE the blessings and mysteries of life... to DISCOVER new wisdom that can make our journeys more fruitful... and CONNECT with the people who are traveling life's road with us. All are welcome, so please come and join the conversation!
Blessings and peace,
