From the Principal

Let us go rejoicing to the house of the Lord.

Psalm 122

Hello Everyone!

CAPANNARI COOLEST SCHOOL CONTEST

Our Scoop it Up Day is Tomorrow - May 22

10% of that day’s sales goes straight back to our school. And the fun doesn’t stop there… the top three schools will split an extra 10% of total sales from the entire event!

Congratulations to our St. Emily band students who participated in last night’s concert..  We are all very proud of what you have accomplished this year.

I am very proud of our 2nd graders who led our school mass yesterday for the 1st time.  They did an outstanding job!  Thanks to Mrs. Lettica, Sr. Danielle, and Mrs. Caldrone in preparing the students for this big event.

Shout out to the SES Pep Club who not only organized a fun assembly yesterday, but also did a tremendous job of showing our love for Fr. Hank and sending him off with many memories.

I would like to offer my congratulations to Mrs. Lucy Bergstrom on her retirement.  Mrs. Bergstrom has served St. Emily School for 25 years and has impacted so many lives.  The teachers and students planned a wonderful sendoff party for her yesterday.

I am also sad to announce that Mrs. Marianne Grossmayer will be leaving after 9 years of service and Mrs. Lisa Anderson after 1 year of service.  Mrs. Anderson will continue at SES as a substitute teacher.

Please keep all of these special women in your prayers; we have been so blessed by their presence in our school.

Have a wonderful holiday weekend and please remember in your prayers those who have served our country on this Memorial Day!

Ms. Booth
