Pledges for 2024

Our "Practicing Generosity" stewardship campaign wrapped up this past Sunday with remembering our call to respond to a generous God.

Thank you for all of the commitments that have already been made, we are so grateful for your radiant generosity!

If you have not turned in your pledge card for how you hope to financially support ACC in 2024, you can bring it by the church or mail it to the church whenever you are ready.

Food Pantry Sunday | November 5

This Sunday we will take our collection for the Linwood Food Pantry. Their current urgent needs are:

Cereal, canned fruit, toilet paper, stovetop stuffing, tea bags, diapers (newborn, 1, 2, 5, 6), baby wipes, kids juice, kids snacks, sanitary pads, and tampons.

Youth Ministry Fall Retreat | November 10-12

The youth ministry's fall retreat is coming up. It is at Camp Bedford and we will be going together with our friends at Geist Christian Church. Registration is open! The cost is $50 per youth, but if cost is an issue please talk to Josh and we will make it work! Registration CLOSES on November 8.

Euchre Tournament | November 18 · 2:00pm

Our first-ever Euchre Tournament is coming up! This will be a fun afternoon of Euchre (and other games if you prefer), baked goods, and some surprises along the way! All proceeds from this gathering will benefit our 2024 youth mission trip to North Carolina.

The buy-in is $10 per person, $20 per pair. You can DEFINITELY invite your friends and family members who don't regularly attend ACC- the more the merrier!!! Spread the word, and get ready to win! Click this button to register. There will also be a sign-up in the Narthex.

Celebration Dinner | November 19

Join us for a post-church lunch on Sunday, November 19 as we celebrate our numerous blessings together. In addition to enjoying a meal as a community, the stewardship committee will offer insights into pledges received during this year's campaign. 

Diaper Shower for the Snyders | December 3

The Snyder Family (Rachel, Rachel, Luca, and Matteo) are preparing to welcome their third child into this world at the end of the year. To celebrate this news and offer our support as a community, ACC is throwing them a "diaper shower" on Sunday, December 3rd. 

Participating is SUPER EASY. Just purchase a package of diapers (Huggies are preferred by the family) of any amount/size. Bring them with you to church that Sunday for our 10:30 Coffee Cafe. We'll share a moment of blessing in between services and send them home with enough diapers to make life easier in the baby's first years.

Cookie Walk | December 16

Guess what? After a hiatus due to COVID, the Cookie Walk is BACK this year! For those who might not know, the Cookie Walk is a fun community event where we have hundreds of cookies available for purchase with all of the funds benefitting our outreach ministry. Save the date for Saturday, December 16, and more details will be coming!
