Important Notes about Opening Day, Aug. 19

Arrival: Juniors and Seniors report at 9 a.m.; Freshmen and Sophomores report at 8 a.m.

Dismissal is at 1:30 p.m.

• Lunch will be served
• If students have sports practice later in the afternoon, they can stay at the school if needed. Personnel will be on site.

Homeroom assignments will be posted in the main lobby hallway; students will arrive and report to homeroom. Schedules will be distributed in homeroom. Students will begin following them on day two. If your student needs to update his/her schedule, they'll need to make an appointment with our academic advisor, Keely Calvert.

Opening day is also picture day!

Be on the lookout for an order form in the mail, or you will be able to order online after pictures are taken.

Locker Decorating and Meet the Team are TONIGHT!

Locker Decorating is from 5:30-6:30; Meet the Team is at 6:30

Locker assignments are posted in the school lobby. As a reminder, please do not use glue or tape. Magnets are a great solution for hanging decorations.

New Cafeteria Volunteer Lunch Credit Incentive

This year we’re offering an incentive for those who volunteer in the cafeteria because we REALLY need the help! Families can earn lunch account credit by volunteering in the cafeteria. We're working out final details and will communicate them in the coming days.

General cafeteria volunteer info:

• Family and friends can volunteer on behalf of other families and students
• All volunteers are required to complete the Protecting God's Children course and submit an up-to-date background check to the school office.
