Documents ready to sign in Final Forms

Be sure to log into Final Forms as soon as possible to sign your student's form set for the 2026-2027 school year. Many forms need both student and parent/guardian signatures. Students will be instructed by tomorrow how to log into Final Forms to sign all needed documents.

When logging in, you'll be asked for school district name. Start typing Newark Catholic High School, and it will pop up in the list.

Students whose forms are complete (green status in Final Forms) by Fri., Aug. 21 will earn a free casual day on Fri., Aug. 28.

New Cell Phone Policy, effective Aug. 20

New this year, students must stow their phones in locked carts upon entering the school. They will retrieve them before leaving. No student may carry a phone or other non-school issued device after the Period 1 bel.

New Cafeteria Volunteer Lunch Credit Incentive

This year we’re offering an incentive for those who volunteer in the cafeteria because we REALLY need the help! Families will earn a $10 lunch account credit for each shift they work! Shifts are 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.

• Family and friends can volunteer on behalf of other families and students
• All volunteers are required to complete the Protecting God's Children course and submit an up-to-date background check to the school office.

New Parking Passes for student drivers

To ensure we know who is in our parking lot, student drivers will need to purchase a parking pass to park in our lot. This is for students who already have their driver’s license; It cannot be purchased prior to a student obtaining his/her license. The cost

per family is $40 annually or $20 per semester (a family with multiple student drivers will pay only one fee, but each driver needs a registration form). The registration form can be found here. Paper copies are also available in the school office.

Please print and complete the form and bring it along with your payment to the school office. The student driver AND a parent/guardian both need to sign the form. Families can register up to three vehicles, allowing them to bring a different vehicle if needed. Students who hand in paperwork and payment at the beginning of the school day will receive their placard by the end of the school day. The hang tag must be hung in the rear-view mirror of the parked vehicle. Parking passes need to be obtained by September 9 when we will begin checking the lot for compliance.
