Volunteer in the cafeteria and earn lunch credit for a student!

We can always use the help, but especially Sept. 2 - 11

This year we’re offering an incentive for those who volunteer in the cafeteria because we REALLY need the help! Families will earn a $10 lunch account credit for each shift they work! Shifts are 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.

• Family and friends can volunteer on behalf of other families and students! It does not have to be parents/guardians volunteering on behalf of their own student(s). Anyone can earn credit for a student--grandparents, friends, aunts, etc.!
• All volunteers are required to complete the Protecting God's Children course and submit an up-to-date background check to the school office.

Attention Senior Parents/Guardians!

Meningitis vaccination record needed by September 9

Please make sure the school has a copy of your student's meningitis vaccination record. You can either bring a paper copy to the school office or email a digital copy to school nurse, Claudia Wing, cwing@newarkcatholic.org.

If your student plays a fall sport, he/she may be withheld from participating until we have received documentation or a waiver.

Documents ready to sign in Final Forms

Be sure to log into Final Forms as soon as possible to sign your student's form set for the 2026-2027 school year. Many forms need both student and parent/guardian signatures.

When logging in, you'll be asked for school district name. Start typing Newark Catholic High School, and it will pop up in the list.

Student Drivers: Obtain your parking pass by Sept. 9!

Please print and complete the form and bring it along with your payment to the school office. Cash or check are preferred, but we can change FACTS.

The cost per family is $40 annually or $20 per semester (a family with multiple student drivers will pay only one fee, but each driver needs a registration form).

The student driver AND a parent/guardian both need to sign the form. Families can register up to three vehicles, allowing them to bring a different vehicle if needed. Students who hand in paperwork and payment at the beginning of the school day will receive their placard by the end of the school day.

The hang tag must be hung in the rear-view mirror of the parked vehicle.

Parking passes cannot be purchased prior to a student obtaining his/her license.
