T.J. Watt
TJ Watt is a Co-Founder, Campaigner, and Photographer with the Ancient Forest Alliance. Combining his passion for conservation with professional photography, TJ works to shed light on BC’s endangered ancient forests in an effort to help see them saved. An avid ‘big-tree hunter’, you’ll find him driving rough backroads and exploring remote regions of Vancouver Island in search of the last old-growth giants. TJ also works closely with the Port Renfrew Chamber of Commerce, where he sits as a director, helping promote the benefits of old-growth tourism to the local economy.

As a Manager Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion at MOSAIC, Sandhya Ghai is passionate about achieving systemic inclusion and fostering safe and brave spaces for individuals and organizations to learn, unlearn and relearn. Her lived experiences coming from India, where there is race, class, gender, age, religion, education, and all kinds of inequities that one can think of to Canada that at least outwardly celebrates diversity and inclusion have sparked an interest in her to delve deeper into the realities of one’s identity and how it can be both empowering and oppressing

Andrea Hinks
 Andrea joined the go2HR team in 2015 and has more than 25 years’ experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, 10 of which are in human resource management at the operation and corporate levels. She manages and implements go2HR’s industry training programs and projects including SuperHost, and in the past, the Winning Pitch and Student Industry Rendezvous. She also liaises with go2HR committees, industry associations, employers, training providers, and other stakeholders. Andrea is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and holds a certificate in leadership coaching and a diploma as a provincial instructor in adult education.
