From field days to end-of-year parties to police car rides to school, the last week of the 2018-19 school year was action-packed across all levels. View photo highlights below from the various events that could be seen and heard on and around our campus as the year wound to a close. Thank you for sharing your children with us this school year!
We'll issue our next Wednesday Weekly on June 26 and publish every two weeks through the summer. For those who have not re-enrolled for the 2019-20 school year, this will be the last regular issue of the Wednesday Weekly you'll receive. Please email us if you would like to continue to receive the newsletter.
Progress reports will be mailed this Friday. If you do not receive your child's progress report by next Friday, June 21, please call the school at 302-475-0555.
Middle-schoolers wrapped up the year with a Movement Fair (June 3) and finishing up their craft room renovation project for the Sunday Breakfast Mission (June 4).
Sixth-graders read "Where I'm From" poems for their families and classmates on Moving-Up Day (June 6). For some, the day marked the end of their time at WMS, while others will return in the fall for middle school. Check out our
Vimeo page later today to view a video of Moving-Up Day.
Students across all levels enjoyed end-of-year festivities, from a magician's visit to Peace Park picnics to classroom potlucks.
Have a great summer!
