What did the people of those times understand terms like " regulate Commerce" and "general Welfare" to mean?

Call for Artists
Calling all 2D Visual Artists!
The Wake Forest Center for Active Aging in partnership with the Wake Forest Renaissance Centre is taking art submissions on a rolling basis for the Center’s hallway gallery.
Please note the following:
- Submitting artists must be members of the Wake Forest Center for Active Aging to be eligible for consideration and artwork must be original work, created solely by the artist.
- Up to 10 submissions will be chosen each quarter to be displayed in the Center’s hallway gallery.
- Selected artwork must be framed and/or wired and ready to hang.
- All artworks will be available for purchase directly through each artist. Once an artwork sells, the artist will replace the sold artwork with a new piece of art. This practice will continue until the quarter is complete.
