Building the Foundation for Global Hospitality Talent

As we reflect on the journey leading up to our official launch in July 2023, Hospitality Internships is proud to share the extensive research and preparation that has gone into creating a comprehensive network to connect hospitality, tourism, and culinary arts schools worldwide with top-notch internship and career opportunities.

Comprehensive Global Research

Understanding the importance of a strong educational foundation, we dedicated significant resources to researching every hospitality, tourism, and culinary arts school worldwide. Our goal was clear: to create a detailed and extensive listing to bridge these institutions and the industry.

This ambitious project aimed to ensure that we could connect with each of these schools and promote high-quality internships, manager-in-training program opportunities, and entry-level management positions. We believe that by providing students and graduates with these opportunities, we can help shape the hospitality industry's future leaders.

A Detailed and Growing Listing

While our list is not yet 100% complete, it stands as one of the most detailed listings in existence. Our team meticulously gathered information from various sources, ensuring that each institution's unique strengths and programs were accurately represented. This ongoing effort is crucial as we strive to maintain and update our database to reflect the industry's dynamic nature and educational landscape.

Our commitment to excellence drives us to continuously refine and expand our listing, making it a valuable resource for both students and industry professionals. By fostering these connections, we aim to create a pipeline of talent that meets the evolving needs of the global hospitality industry.

"Having worked in this industry for decades, I know it's always in need of top talent. The COVID-19 Pandemic only heightened that need. Now, with flexible work arrangements (FWAs) of every kind, employees are in the driver's seat in terms of where they will work, how much they want to be paid, and what they want to do. Our goal is matching great candidates to great companies, and this is exactly what Hospitality Internships aims to do."

"The founding faculty members behind the group have also worked in the industry and know our needs. Together, we will all help bridge the industry to our future leaders in hospitality. It is a pleasure to serve on the Academic Advisory Council," he adds.
