1) Hospitality Internships Partners with Eduserv Education Agency to Provide More Internships Across the Globe

Hospitality Internships is thrilled to announce our first international partnership with Eduserv Education Agency in Uganda! Together, we're opening doors to high-quality internships, manager-in-training programs, and entry-level management positions worldwide for over 200 Ugandan students. This collaboration will also strengthen local hospitality organizations and boost the tourism industry by providing essential training and resources that foster innovation and growth.

Through this initiative, local businesses will benefit from a skilled workforce equipped with the latest industry knowledge and practices. This will enhance service quality and operational efficiency and attract more tourists, boosting the local economy and creating more job opportunities. By investing in the professional development of these students, we are ensuring a brighter future for Uganda's hospitality and tourism sectors.

We are especially thrilled to share that one of our Industry Advisory Committee founding members, Lee Cockerell, is generously sponsoring training resources for them through the prestigious Cockerell Academy. The Cockerell Academy is renowned for its blend of proven leadership principles from industry giants like Disney, Hilton, and Marriott, tailored for today’s challenges. Led by the transformative leader Lee Cockerell, the 12-month leadership program offers deep, lasting learning, ensuring students effectively integrate these principles into their leadership practice.
