We hope everyone is having a great summer and spending quality time with family and friends. The games and activities children engage in play an important role in their development, that's why our programming has been developed on the principles of play based learning and reinforcing its benefits for children. Through play, children develop in the areas of problem solving, language acquisition, literacy and math as well as the development of social, physical and emotional skills.
Studies have shown that in today’s busy world, the amount of ‘play’ and the role of play have seen a decline - a trend we want to see reversed! You play an important role in ensuring that children have ‘playtime’ built into their everyday routine. Parents and other adults play a critical role in encouraging play-based learning.
