Opening Your Box
When receiving your box you will notice that it comes in good condition. We ask that you help us keep it that way, so we may continue to use it many times this season.

Note that the top of your box has a crease. This crease is where you should begin to open the box.

Be careful and push back towards the crease of your box to open it. Try not to break the box in any way, as that will shorten its life span and increase our costs.

Open the box by pushing towards the crease until the tongue comes out of the L-shaped holes.

Carefully open the remaining folds on the top of your box.

Pull out the contents of your box by removing the entire bag. "Please reuse this bag as a trash bag in your bathroom or office after you are finished with it."

Place the bag of vegetables into your refrigerators crisper drawer for best storage.

Please leave your empty box at your doorstep the following week for our driver to pick up. "Please do not leave us any bags, rubber bands, clam shells or any packing material, just the box."

Our first CSA boxes of the year were delivered today. We have more going out tomorrow and Friday. The crew has been getting into the fields early and finishing up all of our picking and packing by 9 AM. By 9:15 we have been back in our fields making beds, setting transplants, stringing tomatoes and cultivating the crops.

Although it is the season of greens, we want everyone to know that we have some nice tomato plants coming along inside of our Low Tunnels, an excellent crop of Zucchini growing in our High Tunnel, our Carrots are really taking off and the Cabbage and Broccoli is coming on strong! We set our 3rd lot of Corn into the fields this week and we just transplanted our Beets today.

We want more people in our CSA, so be sure to show your friends what you are getting from us each week and help us to secure more customers!
We're Rolling Strong this Year!
Keeping it Jersey Fresh

Last week we officially joined the Jersey Fresh program. We are very happy to be a part of this industry and we are doing everything that we can to pump out the freshest crops for our customer base.

We look forward to turning over our fields numerous times throughout the year and giving our customers everything they could want and more...

"This week we have the problem of having too many varieties of produce ready at the same time. This is a great problem to have, but it makes it hard to choose what we should put into our CSA boxes."

Everything that we grow, we grow with pride, so sit back and Enjoy the Fruits of our Labor.
Just look at this crop of Zucchini!
