Greetings from FCA FLAG!  

• Please read this email in its entirety as it contains important information for Game #1 and the fall season.



Jerseys

Jerseys will be available to pick up at the check-in table. Coaches, please stop and get your team's jerseys OR designate one parent to pick up. We are unable to hand out individual jerseys.

Memory Verses: There will be drawings and prizes for those who recite verses to their coach/huddle leader AND for those who write down the memory verse at home with name, grade and team & drop it in the box at the check-in table on game day! (Optional, but encouraged!) Click below to view the week 1 lesson!

Game Dates/Times

• Our first game is Thursday, September 10th!
• The fall season is six weeks long; the remaining five games will be played on Monday nights! (9/14, 9/21, 9/28, 10/5, 10/12)
• FCA Flag uses flex-scheduling to help create fun, fair and competitive games. Matchups will be based on team skill levels and win/loss records.
• Matchups for weeks 2-6 will come out Friday before the game.
• **IF YOU KNOW YOU WILL BE GONE FOR ANY GAMES, PLEASE LET YOUR COACH KNOW** Coaches, if you know ahead of time that you will have fewer than 8 players, please let us know by emailing: ahaas@fca.org

Game Time/Location

• Riverdale Park 6:15 PM and 8:05 PM Kickoff
• USF Stadium 8:05 PM Kickoff (Please note: weeks 2-6 at USF with be 7:30 PM gametime) Please enter through the NORTH GATE at USF.
• Pre-Game Huddle is 15 minutes prior to kickoff time.
• Please check with your coach for your team's arrival time!

• Team photos will be taken during week 1 and 2 games during a "Media Timeout," extra time will be added to the clock!

Sideline Seating Policy

FCA Flag Football is committed to providing a positive environment for every player. Negative, critical, or disrespectful comments toward players, coaches, field monitors, officials, or other spectators are not permitted.



If a parent or spectator does not follow this policy, a "yellow card" will be issued as a warning. After that, they may be asked to leave the game or facility.

Have a concern? Please speak with FCA staff after the game and away from the players rather than addressing it from the sideline. We appreciate your cooperation!

Concessions
Concession stands will be available at Riverdale Park.

Parents and family members are welcomed and encouraged to join us for pre-game huddles!
