To-do's this week
Got 5 minutes? Check out the time management tools link for a solution that could help you beginning today.
Got 30 minutes? Return to ProValues in order to benchmark your post-MBA role. Identify potential gaps and create a plan to make it an outstanding experience!

Got an hour? Re-evaluate your SMART goals  and update them to fit your post-MBA career goals! Set up time to reconnect with your Advisory Board, and communicate with them what you hope to achieve in the coming year or two.

Questions to ask as you prepare to graduate

Here are some questions to ask as you prepare to graduate!
  1. What goals do you want to set for the next 100 weeks?
  2. When you're about 18 months into your first post-MBA position, what do you want to have accomplished?
  3. What steps can you take now to ensure that you're getting closer to your longer-term ambitions?
See below for tools that can help you as you consider these questions!

Four things to revisit

  • SMART goals: one of our very first emails helps you set (and achieve!) goals that will help your career continue moving forward.
  • ProValues: continue leveraging this tool to ensure you are in a position that aligns with your top values - and how to identify future opportunities along your career path.
  • Time management tools: you'll need these more than ever as you juggle work with hobbies, staying healthy, ongoing education, family, and volunteering!
  • Board of Advisors: remember to not only stay connected to your current Board, but to allow its members to transition in and out as your career evolves.
