Time for Week 12 of your Winter Share, and the official start of spring! 

We're celebrating the Spring Equinox this week with a delicious pasta bag! Keep reading for all the goodies in your share, some fun recipes and reminders as we head into the last few weeks of the program.

What's in the bag? It's pasta week! Each bag will get a pound of Ohio City Pasta's Butternut Sage Linguine, an onion, some tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and spinach for a delicious and easy dinner. You'll also have some apples, cider, eggs, lettuce, sweet potatoes and frozen tomatoes to make a few extra meals. The omnivores will get a pound of our bulk Italian pork sausage (green meatballs for a belated St. Paddy's Day dinner?) and the vegetarians will get a half-pound of mixed mushrooms (oyster and Shiitake.)

Unfortunately, we just got word that we are no longer allowed to use the parking lot in Strongsville where we have had our stop for the last few years. Strongsvillians-- we will be sending you a separate email, but you can pick up your share at any other location.

If you want to place a special order, please forward your Special Order confirmation email to info@freshforkmarket.com and let us know where you want to pick up so we can make sure it's loaded on the correct truck. 

Sorry for any inconvenience, and we'll let you all know where our new permanent Strongsville home is once it's settled! 

Register your vacation by Saturday at midnight before you take off.

If you're headed out of town for a Spring Break and you'll miss your pick up, just a reminder that you need to schedule your vacation by Saturday at Midnight before you leave.

Once you get back, you'll have the week's worth of credits ($45) in your account to spend on extras. BTW-- vacation credits can only be used to buy food going forward, and cannot be used to pay off an existing balance.
