REBELS IN ACTION

Dr. Sara Hunt (UNLV Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine), Fergus Laughridge (Regional Behavioral Health Policy Board), Valerie Haskin (Rural Regional Behavioral Health Coordinator), and Constance Brooks (UNLV), virtually met with Assemblywoman Michelle Gorelow to discuss AB37 (Authorizes the establishment of the Behavioral Health Workforce Development Center of Nevada).

Dr. Sara Hunt (UNLV Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine), Fergus Laughridge (Regional Behavioral Health Policy Board), Valerie Haskin (Rural Regional Behavioral Health Coordinator), and Constance Brooks (UNLV), virtually met with Assemblywoman Tracy Brown May a to discuss AB37 (Authorizes the establishment of the Behavioral Health Workforce Development Center of Nevada).

Dr. Sara Hunt (UNLV Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine), Fergus Laughridge (Regional Behavioral Health Policy Board), Valerie Haskin (Rural Regional Behavioral Health Coordinator), and Constance Brooks (UNLV), virtually met with Assemblyman Howard Watts to discuss AB37 (Authorizes the establishment of the Behavioral Health Workforce Development Center of Nevada).  

Dr. Constance Brooks, Interim Vice President of Government & Community Engagement) testified in support of AB74 (Revises provisions relating to higher education)

TJ Milk, UNLV Boyd School of Law student, testified in support of a bill sponsored by Alumni Senator Scott Hammond, SB196 (Revises provisions relating to interscholastic activities and events)
