UNLV Alumna Assemblywoman Erica Mosca with Governor Lombardo and NSHE Representatives at a bill signing session for AB212 (Establishes provisions governing student transcripts)

Dr. Constance Brooks (Interim VP of Government & Community Engagement) testified in support of AB483

Dr. Sara Hunt (UNLV Director of UNLV Mental and Behavioral Health Coalition) co-presented bill for SB300 (Makes an appropriation from the State General Fund to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, for a grant program for certain interns)

Leah Chan Grinvald (Dean of William S. Boyd School of Law) and Dr. Constance Brooks (Interim VP of Government & Community Engagement) testified in support of AB328 (Makes an appropriation to the Thomas & Mack Legal Clinic at the William S. Boyd School of Law of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas). 

Dr. Constance Brooks (Interim VP of Government & Community Engagement) and Dr. Alison Netski (UNLV Vice Dean of Clinical Affairs at the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV) testified in support of SB457 (Makes an appropriation to the Office of Finance in the Office of the Governor for certain costs related to the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and costs for interdisciplinary opportunities for health students at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas).

UNLV Alumna Senator Rochelle Nguyen co-presented SB242 (Requires the Department of Health and Human Services to establish the Psychedelic Medicines Working Group) with Dustin Hines (UNLV Assistant Professor of Neuroscience) and Rochelle Hines (UNLV Assistant Professor of Neuroscience). Dr. Constance Brooks (Interim VP of Government & Community Engagement) testified in support. 

UNLV Alumni Fabian Donate presented AB226 (Revises provisions governing tuition for certain students), with expert testimony provided by Michael Kagan (Director of UNLV Boyd School of Law Immigration Clinic).
