We have received additional school supplies and will begin distributing them the week of September 21st from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. We apologize for the inconvenience of having to come back to school for missing materials but the supplies were all delivered in separate shipments and the last of the items we ordered just arrived. Families can come to school any day/time and they do not need to sign up or come on a specific day.
While families are stopping by school we also ask parents to complete all the CPS health forms and the Family Income Information Form (FIIF)
. Parents can print, complete and sign the forms before coming to school. You can also email the forms to [email protected] after scanning or taking a picture of them. Additional forms will be available at school.
We ask each and every family to complete the FIIF because federal education funding is based on the data gathered from these forms. All families who complete the form prior to September 25th will be entered into a drawing for a $25 Target gift card.
Unfortunately, we are still waiting for headsets to be delivered.
