Week 2 of Junior Sailing had a bit of everything: stormy weather, fast-paced racing, lessons, games and TWIN DAY (see photo below)!

The week ahead has our race team heading to Port Credit for the annual Steerers and Four Sisters regattas running from July 18-21. SLYC will be represented in the Optimist, Laser radial and 420 class across a team of 22 sailors.

And don't forget a couple of upcoming events:

  • July 19 is “Dress Like Your Instructor Day"
  • Our first banquet of the year will be held on July 25. Coaches will provide more details to sailors throughout the week.

All the best and happy sailing!
