Starting this year, our required medical forms can be found in Campwise in the Forms section as "Camper Medical Information" and "Camper Health History". These forms will be change from yellow text to green text once all required sections are completed. We do not require a doctor's physical this year.
You will also notice a few new buttons under the "Medical" section of Campwise. Here you can add any medication that your camper may need to take while they are with us, any allergies we need to be aware of, and what Over the Counter medications they may or may not be given.
