Greetings from FCA Flag! Please read this email in its entirety for important information regarding the post-season Pizza Party and photo pick up.

GAME 6 INFORMATION

• Game 6 is our final game for the season!
• Please see attached for field assignments. Please note that game match-ups are subject to change, but game time/location should be set.
• Below you will find information for our 7v7 Touch FB Team for 10U & 12U, as well as our Flag Fundamentals coming up this winter/spring.

Pizza Party

After Game 6, we're celebrating with pizza for all players!

Before your game:

Each team should designate ONE parent from your team to stop at the FCA check-in table before the game to pick up your team's:

• 📸 Picture packets/orders
• 🍕 Pizza Certificate
• 🎉 Player bracelets

We recommend deciding who your Picture & Pizza Parent will be ahead of time through your team's group chat or whatever communication platform your team uses. This will make it quick and easy for them to stop at the check-in table before the game and pick everything up.

That parent will be responsible for:

• Distributing the picture packets to the appropriate families
• Making sure every player receives a bracelet
• Holding onto the Pizza Certificate
• Taking the Pizza Certificate to the ping-pong table with 3–5 minutes remaining in the game to pick up your team's pizza

IMPORTANT: The Pizza Certificate MUST be presented to receive your team's pizza. Please do not send someone to pick up pizza without the certificate. (this helps ensure that each team gets their pizza!)

• Coaches: You don't need to worry about collecting the picture packets or coordinating the pizza. Just help make sure your team has one parent designated to handle it before the game.

• IT'S NOT TOO LATE TO ORDER your TEAM or INDIVIDUAL photo!! Click here to order! Ordering will be available for two weeks post-season.

• If you would like an individual or sibling/friend photo, please check in at the photo table. Any new orders can be picked up at the FCA Building (1601 E. 69th Street) or mailed to you for an additional fee; the photographer will contact you when they are ready!

FCA 7v7 Touch Football Club Team

• FCA is exploring the opportunity to offer a 7v7 Touch Football Club Team this winter and spring for athletes who are interested in taking their game to the next level through additional training and tournament competition.
• We are currently gathering interest to help determine whether there is enough participation to form a team and to finalize the tournament schedule and overall cost.

Sideline Seating Policy

FCA Flag Football is committed to providing a positive environment for every player. Negative, critical, or disrespectful comments toward players, coaches, field monitors, officials, or other spectators are not permitted.

Parents and family members are welcomed and encouraged to join us for pre-game huddles!
