Welcome to Week 8 of your Summer Farm Share. Below you'll find the bag contents for this week, for both the Large and Small shares.
This week's bag has "Summertime" written all over it: a pound of lean, grass-fed ground beef, peaches, a pint of blueberries, a bunch of beets (*there is a chance we will substitute these for another item), a head of lettuce, a pair of zucchini and cucumbers, a candy onion, and about a pound and a half of tomatoes (2-3 depending on size.)
The Large Shares will also get a pound of pasta from Ohio City Pasta in Cleveland, some broccoli and green peppers, as well as a pound of bulk Italian sausage. Pasta Night!
Thanks for your flexibility last week-- for anyone who was missing items we will make those up this week.
