Here's what's happening:

Elf Workshop

It's time for our Elves to get to work! Sign up your 4 year old- 5th grader for our Elf Workshop, where they'll make 3 gifts, eat pizza, and watch a Christmas movie! THIS Saturday, December 13th, from 10 AM- 1 PM. Sign up online here. Limited to 30 kids, so sign up now! Tomorrow is the deadline to sign up!

Christmas Eve Services

Join us for our Family Christmas Eve Service at 5 PM or our Lessons and Carols Service at 11 PM! Both include communion and candlelight :) We hope you will join us for one of these fun and meaningful events!

Monthly Mission Project:

This month we are making Christmas cards for senior adults in Assisted Living! We'll be making some at the Family Advent experience to send, and you are welcome to make your own at home and take them to an Assisted Living nearby! I hope you and your family will join us in bringing cheer to some who are very lonely during the holidays!

Wednesday Night Activities

Join us for dinner from 5 PM- 6:30, and then we hope your preschooler (3-years-old to Kindergarten) will go to Mission Friends on the first floor of the Education Building, and your 1st-5th grader will join us on the Children's Hall for Passport to the World. Both of these groups will be learning about people and churches who are sharing God's love with their neighbors, their communities, their state, and our world.

Wednesday night schedule:

12/10

Begins again January 7th!

Family Resource Center Space

Take a few minutes before or after worship to check out the Resources located on the wall next to the Information Center! You'll find all kinds of things in the Family Resource Center bookcase, from information about helping your kids navigate the internet to Lunchbox notes to fill in for your kids and more!

2026 Calendar

Our 2026 Children's Ministry Calendar is here! Check out what we've got planned for 2026, including parent coffees right before Sunday School twice a month (so that you can get your caffeine fix and have a few minutes with other parents), a Back to School Bash that combines the best of our family picnic and back to school prayer service, and a book club/movie day where we'll talk about The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe by C.S. Lewis!

Resource Wall

We have Resource Walls located on both our Preschool and Children’s hallways. These walls include things like talking about anxiety with your kids, helping your kids through a crisis, talking about death when a loved one has died, information about their age/stage, and more. On the Children’s Hall, you’ll also find things like cell phone agreements, information about bullying, the memory verse list, the Bible Family Reading Plan, information about other faiths so that if your child asks, you’re able to talk about them, various ways to pray, and more. I hope you will check out these Resource Walls. You can also check out the link here: Family Resource Wall

The Family Resource Wall is where you can find/download info about talking to your kids about:

  • baptism
  • what it means to be a Christian
  • the Bible
  • grief
  • anxiety
  • perfectionism
  • other religions
  • and more!
Have a great day!

Blessings,
Jessica
