PARC Bystander Training Level 4: Integrating trauma-informed practices

How can we expand our anti-violence work to all facets of our lives? This training builds on the skills for in-the-moment intervention and response discussed in other levels and explores bringing trauma-informed practices to our daily interactions. We focus on the 5 TIPs (trauma-informed practices) and also discuss vicarious trauma and strategies for self-preservation.

NOTE: Level 4 can be our most intense level as it discusses the impacts of trauma on ourselves and others in depth.
