  • Just like last year, The Saranac Lake Interfaith Food Pantry, and the Saranac Lake Student Needs Fund will share the purse, register at bittersandbones.com/turkey-trot/ or on the day of, $20 adults, $5 students, $10 children 13 and under, $5 strollers, and $5 dog on a leash, hot toddies before and after at Bitters and Bones plus a live auction for charity post trot

  • Experience the teachings that Bodi Dharma brought to the Shaolin monks, with instructor Jim Hoit, you can transform flaccid and frail sinews and tendons (connective tissue) into strong and sturdy ones to result in better health, more flexibility, and endurance
  • Therapeutic Yoga and Yoga for Vitality Classes: A Practical, Functional and Mindful Approach with Mary Bartel

  • Mary's instruction draws from different styles of yoga and meditation training. As a Structural Yoga Therapist she teaches individuals how to adapt the movements to their needs, making her classes inclusive for beginners as well as regular students, drop-ins are welcome
