Good Morning Debi

Happy Tuesday! Maybe ... Actually, I rather like Tuesday - the pressure of Monday is gone! Tuesday and Thursday are the two days I seem to get the most work done - except this week,as today is relatively full with meetings... Which means Wednesday will be the productive day! It usually works out week to week!

First:

After last week's little story about referrals given but not acted upon -- you knew there would be a blog article coming right? Sure enough, this week's blog is on the power of referrals! Scroll down for the link.

And thank you to all those who took the time to email me about the referral story. Nice to know you read the newsletter and can relate enough to comment!

And...

Our tip of the week covers email marketing, fitting since we spent the entire weekend putting together a new monthly DFY newsletter program for Home Stagers - it isn't featured here in the newsletter, but worth a mention for the many stagers subscribed to this newsletter.

One last thing. I think I mentioned Mackenzie and I have been working on a new look for Prowl over the last couple of months - I think we are almost there -- maybe! Thus the colour changes in this issue...

4 Tips for Mobile-Friendly Email Newsletters

Make your emails easy to consume on mobile, and you'll see more of your subscribers reading and acting on your messages. Here's how to do it:

  1. Simplify Your Design Avoid using fancy HTML templates and too many images. They can slow down loading times and make your emails harder to read. Stick to plain text with minimal formatting to ensure your message is clear on all devices.
  2. Use a Single-Column Layout A single-column layout keeps things simple and easy to navigate. Ensure that any buttons or links are large enough to be easily tapped on a touchscreen.
  3. Keep Text Short and Sweet Long blocks of text can be overwhelming on small screens. Limit your paragraphs to one or two sentences and use line breaks to create white space, making your emails more readable.
  4. Test Across Devices Preview your emails on different devices and email clients to make sure they look good everywhere. This step helps you catch any formatting issues before your subscribers do.

By following these tips, you can create mobile-friendly emails that your subscribers will love to read and engage with.
