I'll lead several meditation sessions each day, introduce some new practices, and facilitate discussions in which you'll have a chance to ask questions, share experiences, and dive deeper into enlightened insight. Other than discussions and any emergencies, the retreat will be held in delicious, rejuvenating silence. (People often report that the silence is one of their favorite aspects of the experience.)
It's assumed that participants will already have some experience of Natural Meditation as I teach it. At minimum, you should have attended a few of our Zoom sessions or done a few of my YouTube meditations.
