Weekend Update 5-6-22
Grace Happenings
In 2023, Grace will be celebrating its 100th Anniversary serving and supporting our community! We are looking for some historians and party planners who can help us put together a wonderful celebration of our history, as we look forward to the next 100 years of ministry here in Boone! If you are interested in participating in the 100th Anniversary Planning Team, we would love your help. Email the Grace Office for more information.

Sunday, May 22nd we will honor our Grace College & High School graduates during worship. If you would like to be included in this blessing or know a graduate you'd like to honor; please let Pastor Steve know by May 15th.

Coffee Hour is back @ 9 AM and we are in search of hosts to serve coffee and clean up on Sunday mornings. Donuts or coffee cake are a welcome addition but not required. If you'd like to sign-up or have questions, contact the Grace Office.
Dates available in May & June
Faith Formation
Adult Sunday School - ZOOM & In-Person
This study will continue through May29th, the Sunday before Pentecost.
The topic will follow a progression:
  • Genesis 17 -- The Covenant of Circumcision, Gen 18-19 Abraham, Lot and Intercessory prayer
  •  Genesis 20-21 –- Abraham being human, the birth of Isaac, and Hagar and Ishmael Sent Away
  •  Romans 4 and other New Testament references.

Each week we will have a summary of the readings for the coming week and discussion questions. I look forward to these discussions as we probably will each see different things in these readings about the Faith of Abraham.
