VBS 2020 is Online! July 27-30
Join us for a digital VBS -- fun for all ages! This year is going to be a little different. We are inviting families to participate in VBS by doing activities at home and then joining into a LIVE Zoom celebration each afternoon at 4 pm.

The Faith Formation Team is very excited about the curriculum that was created by a Lutheran congregation in Minnesota. This curriculum was designed to address some of the major issues we are facing as a society in a way that is accessible to our young people.

Each day of VBS has a series of activities including games and upcycled crafts along with a video featuring original music by some of our own Lutheran musicians.

Each afternoon at 4 pm, everyone will be invited to join together on a 30-45 minute LIVE Zoom video call. Together we will get to sing songs, recap the lesson for the day, show each other our craft creations, and end with a story and prayer.

Register through the link below. You will receive a confirmation email which will include a list of things you can begin collecting around your home for are fun VBS week!

If you have any questions, please contact Pastor Steve.

During the summer months, many of us support the local school supply drive -  Back 2 School Festival .  This year Grace will be collecting funds to donate to the drive.

"The Back to School Festival (B2SF) was created to lift the heavy financial burden that back-to-school shopping creates for local families. When families are unable to afford supplies the responsibility often falls on faculty and staff and can leave the child feeling insecure or inadequate. We can make a difference!" --  www.back2schoolfestival.org

Donations can be made to Grace online by visiting our web page  https://www.gracelutheranboone.org/donate  or you can mail your donation to the Grace with "B2SF" as the notation. If you would like to donate supplies; please deliver them to the B2SF buses located at New Market Center and at Yadkin Valley Bank (on 321.) You can also donate directly to the B2SF by visiting  https://www.back2schoolfestival.org/donate
