This wine has golden yellow color with captivating aromas of toasted almond, honeycomb, and warm vanilla. This wine's intricate flavor profile develops with every sip. The palate is first greeted with electric grapefruit, ginger and passion fruit and finishing with assertive lingering crème brulee and pine nut. Church & State Coyote Bowl Merlot 2011

Medium dark in colour, there is an array of black cherry, red currant, sage and roasted, cured meat aromas. On the palate, wine expands to fill the mouth, coating the surfaces with soft, integrated tannins and rich, concentrated dark fruit flavours balanced with moderate acidity. Mission Hill RSV Cabernet Sauvignon 2012

This is an elegant Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is full-bodied with layers of black currant, red plum, cassis, mint, and sage flavours. It has rich tannins, with a touch of leather, mocha, and smoke at the lingering end. Pair with lamb, beef, pork, venison, even rabbit.

Pinot Grigio 2014

Refreshing and oh so crisp, this Pinot Grigio has a vibrant nose of mango, pear, and Spartan apple aromas. These carry on to the palate and are joined by hints of citrus and grapefruit culminating in a beautifully balanced finish and clean acidity. For a pairing try it with light Mediterranean tapas, seafood salads or Asian fusion cuisine.

 

Sauvignon Blanc-Viognier 2013

Aromas of passion fruit and grassy floral open on the nose of this delicious white. The palate is crisp and refreshing with flavours of pear, apricots and hints of bell peppers. The finish is clean and balanced with hints of peach and grapefruit and good acidity. Pairs perfectly with seafood dishes, summer salads or grilled chicken.

 

Merlot Cabernet Franc 2013

Very fruit forward, this red blend boasts aromas of currant, cherry and strawberry jam supported by a subtle notes of black pepper spice and anise. The palate is upfront with a plethora of berry fruit flavours on a background of oak, dark coco and tobacco. Belviaggio 2012

A beautiful blend of 60% Cab Franc, 30% Syrah and 10% Merlot this red features rich aromas of black currant, black pepper and raspberry. The palate is bursting with flavours of tobacco, toffee and blueberries with subtle notes of anise, vanilla and cocoa. The finish is lingering and bold with silky smooth tannins. While excellent on its own, this red also pairs well with beef tenderloin, short ribs or a rack of lamb.
