My name is Drake Wayland, I have been serving as the College Minister at Frisco First Baptist Church for the past year and a half. Before that, I was the University Intern at First Baptist Stephenville where I served for three years while I was a student at Tarleton. I have a degree from Tarleton State in Business Administration, and I am currently working on my Master of Divinity at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. I have had the privilege of working in ministry for the past six years, all surrounding college students and seeing them come to know the Lord. This has been a specific calling in my life, and I am so glad to see the next generation take their faith seriously. My wife Robyn and I have been married for three years and we are expecting our first child, a boy, in February. We are beyond excited for what God is doing in our lives and so grateful for this opportunity.
