Where is the Love?

It feels great to be loving. But what do we do when we're not feeling the love? How do we learn to have compassion for others? How do we learn to have compassion for ourselves? Our time together will include words, music and movement to empower a message of finding love in our minds, hearts, and souls.

Truth in Love Communication Workshop
Sunday 12:15 in the Great Room - $25

In order to be a spiritual person, you need to be happy all the time. Right? Wrong! Being authentically spiritual means being open to all your feelings, even the gnarly, uncomfortable ones. But how do you honor your difficult emotion s and create a life of love and peace? Through a process called Truth in Love Communication, or TLC.

Our 2-hour TLC workshop includes music, journaling, and interactive exercises designed to deepen your authentic relationship to yourself, others, and Spirit! Come get real with us!

What Name Do You
Answer To?

This evening will be an exploration of the different names we have given ourselves or what individuals have labeled us with. It is time to shed the old and shine brightly as the glorious creations that we are!
